Express Shipping is 2 day delivery NOT!!

I paid $28 for Express shipping (2 days) on my order that was placed June 6th and did NOT receive my order until June 18th!! That is NOT Express shipping!! The label wasn't even created until June 10th! Folks be prepared to receive your order 10-12 days after you placed it not the Express that is advertised!! Had I known that, I would not have ordered from this company.
