The version 2 “Milo” bridle is an anatomical bitless side pull intended for responsive and soft horses more accustomed to being ridden bitless. It has updated leather quality and features a removable chin strap to further stabilize the bridle.
This bridle does not have the D ring bitless attachments like the nnewest version but is very similar otherwise.
It features a padded mono crown shaped anatomically to leave room for the ears for optimal equine comfort.
The noseband is shaped to avoid the sensitive cheekbones and fastens higher on the face, just under the cheek, to avoid the sensitive chin area & mandibular nerve. The fastener on the noseband has a padded chin guard. The noseband is intended to make less contact on the face and avoid sensitive areas for horses who have sensitive faces but still prefer to be ridden bitless.
It is best suited for horses who have already gone bitless and/or are soft and responsive and not strong pullers as it isn’t as stable as a regular noseband due to how it is shaped to alleviate pressure off of the face.
The bitless noseband is a side pull, so has no cross under tightening action and is a very mild bitless option, similar to riding in a halter.
The heavily padded noseband ensures optimal comfort for the horse. This is a great bitless option for sensitive horses who are soft and responsive bitless or for starting to introduce bitless to a horse. We recommend ensuring you train bitless cues prior to doing heavy riding in it as horses who do not understand the bitless cues may be strong in this, and it is not suitable for heavy pullers.
Note: These fit a bit large. If your horse is between sizes, sizing down would be the best option as they have a lot of adjustment. If your horse has mixed sizing, we do offer semi custom orders.

I am impressed with the quality of the leather! If I had one recommendation, it would be for it to come w instructions for those of us new to bitless 🤣🤣 It took me a bit to figure out.
Rode one of the 3 year olds at a ottb rescue who likes to chomp and grind on the bit. He's otherwise a gem, so I'm so happy that he seemed happy in it!
This bridle is buttery soft and feels high quality for the price! I do find the sizing HUGE though so definitely size down. My mare is a 16hh CWB and the cob was borderline fit wise. It does take a few rides to break in and shape, but i love the design. Immediate improvement in my mare who is headshaker
It’s pretty. I ordered it because one of the girls at the barn where I ride said she really liked hers. I ordered Cob size and it doesn’t quite fit like I thought it should, it seems loose around the nose strap, it doesn’t lay flush. Also, the leather looks a bit cracked already. I am new in this horse world. But those are my thoughts.
